Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to the site owners, and improve the user experience. We use cookies to manage your authentication session and ensure the Shivo platform works correctly.
Our Approach
We take a minimal approach to cookies. Shivo only uses essential cookies that are required for the platform to function. We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies (like Google Analytics)
- Social media tracking cookies
- Cross-site tracking cookies

Managing Cookies
Since we only use essential cookies, disabling them will prevent Shivo from functioning correctly (you won't be able to stay signed in). However, you can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Updates to This Policy
If we ever add non-essential cookies (such as analytics), we will update this policy and provide you with a cookie consent mechanism before placing those cookies on your device. Essential cookies do not require consent under most privacy regulations.
