Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party providers that process customer data to help Jishu Labs operate Shivo. For each provider we describe the purpose of processing and the region where processing primarily takes place.

Depending on which features you use, sub-processors may process account identifiers, email addresses, recorded deployments, release history, billing metadata, usage data, logs, and support context needed to provide the Service.

Recorded deployments and release history are used only to provide the Service. They are not retained for, or used to train, any third-party foundation models.

We may update this list as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required by an applicable customer agreement, communicated through the agreed notice process.
