1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shivo (the “Service”), operated by Jishu Labs (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shivo is an AI-powered platform that generates software specifications including Product Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, System Design Documents, API Specifications, Security Assessments, and Compliance Reports. The Service includes specification generation, validation, collaborative review workflows, template management, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Shivo offers free and paid subscription plans:

• Starter (Free): Up to 3 specifications per month with basic features
• Pro ($29/month): Unlimited specifications, all spec types, advanced validation, and integrations
• Enterprise (Custom): SSO, RBAC, audit logs, custom AI tuning, and dedicated support

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you provide as input (descriptions, features, constraints) and the specifications generated from your input. Shivo does not claim ownership of your specifications.

Our Service: The Shivo platform, including its design, code, AI models, templates, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Jishu Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Specifications generated by Shivo are created using AI and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Shivo is a tool to assist your specification process, not a replacement for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all generated specifications before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jishu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
