Introduction
Shivo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Jishu Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our deployment and release tracking platform at shivo.jishulabs.com (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the deployments you track and the release history we store for you.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Deployment data: The deployments, releases, and environment events you record in Shivo, stored in your personal, encrypted workspace.
- Release history: The deploy timeline, environment status, rollback records, changelog entries, and version metadata Shivo keeps for you.
- Usage data: Number of deployments tracked, environments configured, notification settings, and feature usage patterns.
- Billing data: When you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your payment details. We never store full card numbers.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the deployment and release tracking Service
- To record your deployments and build a clear timeline, environment status, and rollback history
- To maintain your personal release history, changelog, and saved environments
- To process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe
- To communicate important service updates and security notices
- To enforce usage limits (for example, the free-tier monthly deployment cap)
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our deployment tracking
Deployment & Release Privacy
The privacy of your deployments and release history is our top priority. Everything you record and everything Shivo stores is scoped to your account and stored encrypted at rest. We never share your deployments or release history with other users, use them to train AI models, sell or license them, or make them publicly accessible. You can delete any deployment, or your entire history, at any time through Settings.
Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure only you can access your own deployments and release history. Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export your release history at any time, and you may request complete account deletion — which removes all associated data permanently.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Shivo:
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and application storage.
- Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing for Pro plans.
- Netlify: Hosting and production web infrastructure.
- Resend: Transactional email such as account, deployment, and security notices.
The full, current list is available on the Sub-processors page.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, export your release history, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and all associated data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, visit Settings or contact us at the email below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
